Follow the Moorah Login steps below to access your account using your registered phone number and password.

Step 1 – Open the Moorah Login Page

Visit the Moorah Web login page on your device. The Customer Login section provides the fields required to access an existing account.

Step 2 – Select Your Country

Go to the Phone Number section and select your country from the available country menu before entering your phone number.

Step 3 – Enter Your Phone Number

Enter the phone number associated with your Moorah account in the Phone Number field.

Step 4 – Enter Your Password

Enter your account password in the Password field. You can select Show Password if you need to check the password you entered before continuing.

Step 5 – Select Sign In

Check that your login information is correct, then select Sign In to proceed to your Moorah account.

The Moorah login page provides different options depending on whether you normally sign in with a password or are accessing your account for the first time.

Sign In with Phone Number and Password

Existing customers can sign in by selecting their country and entering their registered phone number and password. This is the standard login option available through the Moorah Web page.

First-Time Login with OTP

If this is your first time logging in, select Login with OTP from the Customer Login page and follow the displayed instructions to continue.

Moorah Web and H5 Access

Moorah Web and H5 access allows customers to open the login page through a compatible browser and enter their account details without relying on a desktop-only login process.

If you cannot remember your password, use the Forgot Password? option displayed on the Moorah Login page instead of repeatedly entering an incorrect password.

Select Forgot Password

Select Forgot Password? beside the login form to begin the password recovery process. Follow the instructions shown on the page to continue.

Return to Sign In

After completing the required password recovery steps, return to the Moorah Login page and sign in again with your phone number and updated account credentials.

Customers who do not yet have a Moorah account can use the account creation option provided directly from the login page.

Create Your Account

Select Create your account under the Customer Login form to proceed to the Moorah registration page and follow the account creation instructions provided there.

Login After Registration

Once your account has been created, return to the Moorah Login page and use the available login method to access your account.
