Accessing Moorah or using its services constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use. These terms establish the permitted and prohibited uses of the platform and apply together with any additional terms relevant to particular Moorah services or transactions.

Additional Terms for Specific Services

Additional conditions may apply depending on the Moorah service being used. Engagement tools are subject to the applicable Platform Engagement Tools Terms and Conditions, while relevant content may be subject to the Content Terms of Service. Purchases are also subject to the applicable Terms of Sale. Digital goods, vouchers, gift cards and Moorah Wallet services may be governed by their respective terms where applicable.

Access to Protected Areas

Password-protected or secure areas of Moorah are restricted to customers with registered accounts. Users must not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to protected areas, services or information through methods that Moorah has not intentionally made available for their use.

Users Under 21

Users under 21 years old must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian, including acceptance of the Terms of Use and responsibility for the user’s actions, charges associated with use of the services or purchases, and compliance with the terms. Without this consent, the user must stop accessing and using the platform and services.

Monthly Referral Commission Activation

From 1 October 2025, users receiving commissions from their downline must make the required monthly purchase to activate commissions earned during that month. Commissions initially appear in the wallet as a Floating Balance. After the purchase requirement is satisfied, the month’s Floating Balance is transferred to Total Balance on the first day of the following month. Unactivated commissions may be passed to an active upline.

Monthly Purchase Requirement

Users are required to purchase at least RM65 worth of products per month to maintain referral bonus income under the stated commission arrangement.

Interpretation of the Terms

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions and interpretation provisions specified in Schedule 1 apply to these Terms of Use. Users should read defined terms together with the clauses in which they are used to understand their application to Moorah services.

General Use of the Platform and Services

Guidelines for Using Moorah

Users agree to follow all applicable guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions concerning use of Moorah services and access to the platform, including amendments issued by Moorah from time to time. Moorah may revise its terms, and published changes become applicable through the platform.

Restricted Activities

Users must not impersonate another individual or entity, falsely state an affiliation, use Moorah for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operation or other users, post or transmit prohibited materials, upload malicious software or harmful code, or use the platform in violation of applicable laws, acceptable-use requirements or internet standards.

Platform and Service Availability

Moorah may upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the platform or services without notice. The Terms of Use state that Moorah is not liable for access disruptions resulting from such changes.

Monitoring and Platform Protection

Moorah reserves the right, without assuming an obligation, to monitor or screen platform content, restrict access, report suspected legal violations to relevant authorities, cooperate with investigations, and request information from users where inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information is suspected.

Privacy Policy

Access to Moorah and use of its services are also subject to the Moorah Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms of Use by reference.

Related and Additional Terms

The Terms of Sale, Digital Vouchers and Gift Cards Terms, Moorah Wallet User Terms and applicable Voucher Terms and Conditions may supplement these Terms of Use. Specific features, services or materials may also have additional conditions that apply and may take precedence where the relevant terms provide for this.

Use of Services

Scope and Eligibility

The service provisions supplement the general Moorah Terms of Use. Only users who satisfy applicable legal-age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts may use the services. Users previously suspended or in breach of the Terms of Use may be prohibited from accessing them.

General User Obligations

Users agree to use Moorah services lawfully and in good faith. Information or data provided through the platform must be accurate, and users remain responsible for the information they submit. Moorah reserves the right to cancel or reject use of services where fraud or suspicious transactions are suspected.

Product Descriptions

Moorah strives to provide accurate product information, but the Terms of Use state that product descriptions may not always be accurate, complete, current or free from errors. Customers should review the available product information when making purchasing decisions.

Product Pricing

Listed product prices are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may be changed or updated without prior notice.

Third-Party Vendors

Third-party vendors that are not affiliated with Moorah may list and sell products through the platform. A transaction between a customer and a third-party vendor constitutes an independent sale agreement. Third-party vendors may also use Moorah’s paid services to promote listings.

Moorah Customer Accounts

Username and Password

Certain Moorah services may require an account and the provision of Personal Data. A Username and Password may be issued by Moorah or provided by the user and accepted by Moorah. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and should notify Moorah promptly if unauthorised access or compromised credentials are suspected.

Updating Account Information

Moorah may request users to update their Personal Data or may invalidate a Username or Password in accordance with the Terms of Use. Users are responsible for keeping relevant account information current and protecting their credentials from unauthorised disclosure or use.

Biometric Verification

Where supported on a permitted mobile device, users may be able to use fingerprint or facial recognition as a verification method instead of a Username, Password or one-time PIN for certain access or payment verification purposes. The biometric functionality depends on compatible device features and the conditions specified by Moorah.

Biometric Data and Device Security

Users are responsible for the security of their devices and for ensuring that only their own permitted biometric identification is stored for account access. According to the stated terms, Moorah does not collect, process or store facial or fingerprint information in providing this verification service. Availability and compatibility of biometric verification are not guaranteed at all times.

Account Access and User Responsibility

Access, information, data or communications associated with a user’s Username, Password or enabled Biometric Verification may be treated as activity performed by that user. Login credentials and biometric access information must therefore remain confidential and must not be shared with other parties.

Intellectual Property associated with the Moorah platform and its materials is owned, licensed to or controlled by Moorah, its licensors or its service providers. Moorah reserves its rights to enforce applicable Intellectual Property protections.

Any permitted personal and non-commercial use remains subject to the applicable conditions in the Terms of Use.

Customers who receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product must notify Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days from the date the goods are delivered. Customers may need to provide proof of purchase together with clear photographs or videos showing the product and its packaging. Claims made after the three-day period may not be accepted.

Review of Claims

Moorah reserves the right to inspect and verify a claim and determine whether an exchange, refund, replacement or another appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the applicable terms.

Incorrect Order Delivered by Moorah or Seller

If an incorrect product is delivered because of an error by Moorah or the Seller, the customer must contact Moorah Customer Service within three calendar days of delivery. Once the claim is verified, Moorah will arrange for the incorrect product to be exchanged for the correct product at no additional cost to the customer.
